Just in time with yesterday's World Photography Day, Thomas received several awards for these two works:


IPA 2025

The International Photo Awards 2025 are regarded as the second most important photography competition for professional photographers worldwide. Well over 5,000 photographers submitted more than 30,000 photographs.

Thomas received an "Honorable Mention" for both photographs and had two other works in the final round.


NIPA 2025

The Nexus International Photo Awards 2025 are a somewhat smaller, yet very important photo competition, also for professional photographers worldwide.

The Gold medal in the drone category and the Silver medal in the category of landscape photography for "Bouquet of Flowers" (upper picture) as well as "Honorable Mentions" for the work "Synthesis of Life" are a truly outstanding result for Thomas.

2nd place for Thomas at the prestigious "44th Int. MountainScape Sunderland" competition


June 28, 2025

"The Beauty of the Mountains" is the motto of the competition, which is being held in Nowy Targ (Poland), near the Tatra Mountains. Thomas made it to the final round with two works, taking second place with "Baita S. Segantini" (upper picture).

At the opening, the mayor of Nowy Targ presented prizes, certificates, and medals to the winning participants, before a delightful and highly entertaining closing dinner followed. Undoubtedly, Thomas's most memorable and valuable achievement to date.

Thomas is now officially an "Artist of the International Federation for Art Photography"


April 2025

Thomas has fulfilled all the criteria for being named "Artiste de la Federation Internationale de l'Art Photographique" and is now entitled to use this title. Among other things, he had to successfully participate in 15 different salons in at least 8 different countries, achieving at least 40 acceptances with at least 15 different works with different visual content. Furthermore, four acceptances had to be achieved at print salons, meaning printed photographs had to be submitted.

Stephanie in the exhibition "Light and Landscape in the Art of the North" at Wittkielhof


April 6, 2025

Stephanie's work "Landscape in Angeln" (watercolor mixed media) is on display in the curated exhibition "Light and Landscape in the Art of the North." Other works included include those by Professor Klaus Fussmann and Till Warwas.

With his three photographs "Too many Cars" in a black and white version, "Playa de Torimbia 1" and "Rapeseed Blossom near Maasholm", Thomas made it into the top ten of the competition.

3rd place for Thomas at the DVF Nordmark theme competition

In the overall ranking of the "Opposites" competition organized by the German Association for Photography Nordmark, Thomas shared third place. His photograph "Old and New Synagogue Mainz" received a certificate.

We are honored to present our "Watercolor and Photography in Dialogue" concept and several other works in a dedicated exhibition at the Levantehaus Gallery. A wonderful location, a fantastic exhibition space in a fantastic setting! We are very grateful to the Bach family and the Bach Office for this opportunity.
