Vestrahorn and Vesturhorn are among Iceland's "iconic" mountains, quite rightly so, and not just because they are relatively easy to reach via the Ring Road. Their formation definitely has a very special appeal, especially since they lie directly on the Atlantic. In early summer, lupins bloom wherever they can. There are entire seas of lupins in Iceland.
